Sessions
Payment is required prior to session start and is not refundable.
If you opt for a package of appointments, the sessions may vary in length. Contact and support between sessions is extra.
Time between appointments may vary, however, package appointments should be taken within 8 weeks from start to finish unless agreed in advance with AuroraSiren.com.
Cancellations
We will endeavor to give as much notice as possible should we need to update the timing of our session or cancel, in the event of an emergency. Once a session is booked, we reserve the right to charge in full for any cancellations.
We do not accept cancellations, however you may reschedule an appointment for a $45 fee up to 24 business hours prior to the appointment.
Lateness
If you arrive late for your session we will still finish at the originally scheduled time and you will be charged the full fee.
Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason. We will refuse to see anyone under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs.
